Overview
OpenYol is an Azerbaijan-first logistics loadboard. This policy explains what information we collect, why we use it, and how to contact us about privacy or account deletion.
Information we collect
- Account details, including name, phone number, and login credentials.
- Phone verification information used for SMS one-time passwords.
- Driver and vehicle profile information provided during registration or profile updates.
- Verification materials, including uploaded driver or vehicle photos.
- Basic service activity needed to operate, secure, and support the loadboard.
How we use information
- To create, verify, and secure user accounts.
- To show available transportation requests to eligible users.
- To review driver and vehicle information for approval, safety, and support.
- To operate the service, troubleshoot issues, and respond to support requests.
- To comply with legal, security, and operational requirements.
Access and sharing
- Driver and vehicle verification materials are not published publicly. They may be reviewed by authorized OpenYol personnel and authorized business reviewers when needed to operate the service.
- We may use service providers for hosting, security, backups, and SMS verification. These providers process information only as needed to provide those services.
Current feature scope
OpenYol does not currently use information for in-app payments, in-app messaging, push notifications, or live-location matching.
Account deletion
Users can initiate account deletion in the mobile app by opening Profile, then Account data, then Delete account. If you cannot access the app, see the account deletion instructions or contact support@openyol.com.
